Using Mini Apps
Every mini app lives in its channel and shows up in the Mini Apps tab — open one alongside the chat or in fullscreen from the sidebar.
Once a mini app exists, it's ready whenever you are. Open it inside the channel where you made it, or jump to it from the Mini Apps tab in the sidebar — the chat is always one click away.
Finding one in a channel
Every mini app in a channel shows up as a small icon at the top of the conversation. Click one to open the app next to the chat.
Opening a mini app adds a tab right next to Chat. Flip between the app and the conversation as you use it — the chat stays live on its own tab.
When Nebula first builds a mini app, it drops a message into the channel pointing to it. Click through from that message and the app opens.
Using one alongside the chat
Iterating without leaving
Because the chat is still open on the other tab, you can keep shaping the app without switching context. Notice something you want to change? Just say so.
The revenue-by-region chart is too cramped — can you make it stacked bars instead of pie?
Updated. Reload the dashboard tab and you'll see the stacked-bar version.
The Mini Apps tab
The Mini Apps tab in the sidebar is the shortcut to every mini app you've built, across every channel. It's where you go when you remember you made something and you just want it open.
Click any card to open the app in fullscreen. Great for dashboards, maps, or anything that wants more room than a side-by-side view.
Open a card's menu and pick Go to Channel to drop back into the conversation where the app lives. Useful when you want to ask Nebula to tweak it or pick up where you left off.
Open a card's menu and pick Delete Mini App when it's served its purpose. Nebula will confirm before removing it, and the app disappears from its channel too.
Creating Mini Apps
Describe the tool you want in a channel and Nebula builds it — a one-line prompt is enough to spin up a dashboard, map, form, or simulator.
