Models

Configure default models for agents, media generation tools, and browser automation from the Models tab in your Nebula Settings.

The Models tab in Settings controls the default models Nebula uses across your workspace.

Use this page when you want a different default for new agents, want media tools to prefer a specific provider, or want to review browser automation pricing before running browser-heavy workflows.

Not sure which model to choose? Ask Nebula directly — it can compare models for your use case. For billing or plan questions, contact support@nebula.gg.

Default model

Set the default AI model for your agents. New agents use this model when they are created, and existing agents without a pinned model use it too.

Verified models are tested and fully supported. Experimental models are available for testing, but may change more often.

Change the default model when you want most agents to share the same balance of speed, cost, and capability. To override the default for a specific agent, pin a model from that agent's details panel. See Choosing a Model.

For example, you might keep the Nebula LLM model as your workspace default, then pin a research agent to a larger model for deeper analysis.

Media models

Media models control which models Nebula uses for image, video, audio, and transcription tools.

You can choose defaults for each media tool type:

ToolControls
Image generationNew images created from text prompts
Image editingEdits, composites, and image transformations
Video generationVideo clips created from prompts or assets
Music generationMusic tracks composed by an agent
Sound effectsShort generated audio effects
Text to speechVoice output from written text
TranscriptionAudio-to-text conversion

Each row shows the current model and its pricing unit. Reset a custom choice to return to Nebula's default for that media type.

Media defaults are useful when you care about a specific output style or cost profile. If you are not sure which model to choose, keep the default and adjust after you compare results.

Browser use

The Browser section shows the current price for live browser automation sessions. Live sessions are charged per minute of active browser time.

Browser use is separate from model choice. A workflow that researches a website, fills a form, or checks a dashboard may include both model usage and browser session time. Review Usage after a few runs to understand the total cost.
