Get the Nebula apps
Download Nebula for Mac, Windows or Linux, get the iPhone and Android apps, or install the CLI. Check requirements and turn on mobile push notifications.
Use Nebula on Mac, Windows or Linux, on iPhone or Android, or from your terminal, with the same account everywhere. Your workspaces, channels and agents follow you from one app to the next.
The Nebula web app is being retired. Use the desktop app on your computer and the mobile app on your phone. Coming from the web app? Everything carries over. See Coming from the web app below.
Choose your app
Download it from nebula.gg/download/desktop.
| System | Requirement |
|---|---|
| macOS | macOS 13 Ventura or later, on Apple silicon or Intel |
| Windows | Windows 10 or later, x64. The installer isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn you before it runs |
| Linux | An AppImage or a .pacman package. On Arch you can install nebula-desktop-bin from the AUR |
Desktop adds things a phone can't do: the floating Capsule, Quick Chat from any app, QuickLive calls, and computer control, which lets agents work on your own machine. See Capsule, Quick Chat and shortcuts.
Get Nebula on the App Store for iPhone, or on Google Play for Android.
Channels need app version 1.7.0 or later. If you installed Nebula before then, update it from the App Store or Google Play. Settings shows which version you have.
Run it straight away with npx nebula-ai, or install it with Homebrew:
brew install agent-labs-dev/nebula/nebula-aiThe CLI gives you a full-screen terminal app for chatting, calls and running your workspace. See Nebula CLI.
Coming from the web app?
Everything carries over. Your agents, jobs, connections, miniapps and history are waiting in the new apps, so sign in with the same account you used on the web.
A few things have new names and new homes:
| On the web app | In the new apps |
|---|---|
| Home, where you chatted with Nebula | Your Nebula DM: Home at the top of the desktop sidebar |
| The Agents page | Each channel's team, in Channel settings → Agents. All your agents are still in your workspace, so add them to the channels where they work |
| Jobs | Scheduled tasks: a channel's Jobs box on desktop, or the Automations tab on mobile |
| Miniapps | Apps: tabs beside a channel's chat, or the Miniapps tab on mobile |
| Live | Calls, started from a channel |
| Threads | Tasks for work. Threads are now just replies to a message |
| Settings | Settings in the account menu at the bottom of the desktop sidebar. On your phone, tap your avatar |
Your first ten minutes
Install the desktop or mobile app from Choose your app and sign in with the same account.
Open a channel, or create one for a goal, and set the goal with Nebula, the orchestrator, on a call or in the chat.
Add your existing agents to the channel's team from Channel settings → Agents (Members and agents on your phone), or ask Nebula to add them.
Nebula on your phone
The mobile app brings your channels, agent teams, tasks and calls to your phone. A few things work differently on a phone, and they're worth knowing before you go looking for them.
Turn on push notifications
The app doesn't ask for notification permission when you first sign up, so turn it on yourself.
Open Settings and tap Notifications, listed as Destinations and rules.
Under Destinations, find Mobile, described as Push notifications on this device, and tap Enable.
Allow notifications when your phone asks. The row then shows Connected.
If you said no to your phone's prompt, the app shows Push notifications could not be enabled on this device. Allow notifications for Nebula in your phone's own settings, then try again. The same screen can also reach you through Slack, Discord or Telegram DMs. See Notifications.

Can we get this week's inbound leads scored before the list locks on Thursday?
Nebula10:41 AM
On it. I've started scoring them against our ICP, and it's in Tasks.
Leo Park10:44 AM
I'll bring the launch tracker up to date this afternoon.
A channel on mobile has five icons along the bottom, with no labels under them. The names differ a little from desktop:
| Icon | Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| Speech bubble | Chat | The channel's conversation. Tap it again to jump to the newest message |
| List | Tasks | The channel's tasks. A pulsing blue dot means one is running |
| Phone | Calls | Calls in this channel, and a way to start a new one |
| Clock | Automations | The channel's scheduled tasks. Desktop calls these jobs |
| Blocks | Miniapps | The channel's apps |
At the top of the channel, the row of faces opens Members and agents, where you manage the channel's team. The gear opens the channel's settings, including its Devices.
To create a channel on your phone, tap + next to Channel (or Add channel at the bottom of your list), then Create channel. The Quickstart walks through it.
