Workspace settings

Manage your workspace name, members, knowledge, skills, integrations, usage, and billing. Six tabs cover everything that scopes to the workspace.

Workspace settings is where you control everything that lives inside this workspace — its name, who's in it, what it knows, what it can connect to, and how it pays.

Open it with the gear icon next to your workspace name in the sidebar.

The six tabs

Workspace

The workspace name, the member roster, and a Leave Workspace action. This is also where you change someone's role or remove them.

Knowledge

Shared files, notes, and reference material every agent in the workspace can read.

Skills

Reusable workflows and tools agents in this workspace can call. Workspace-scoped, shared across members.

Integrations

Slack, Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and 1,000+ services. Each workspace has its own connections.

Usage

Tokens, runs, and credits consumed. Break it down by model, member, or agent.

Billing

Subscription, payment method, invoices, and the workspace's shared credit balance.

Workspace identity & members

The Workspace tab is where you rename the workspace and manage the people in it.

The member table lists everyone with access — username, email, and role. Admins can change a member's role or remove them inline. The Leave Workspace button at the bottom is your exit door: you lose access to all the channels and data in this workspace, but you stay yourself everywhere else.

The owner can't leave without first transferring ownership to another member.

See Members & roles for the full role matrix and the invite flow.

Billing & credits (shared)

Each workspace pays for itself. Switching workspaces switches billing context too.

Credits are the shared currency for the things agents do that cost real money — LLM calls, web searches, Computer time. The workspace pulls from one balance no matter who triggered the work.

Usage breakdown

Open Usage to see what's been spent. The chart groups by Model, Member, or Agent — useful when something looks expensive and you want to know what's driving it.

Knowledge & Skills

The Knowledge tab holds shared reference material — files, notes, links — that any agent in the workspace can read when answering. The Skills tab holds reusable workflows and tool definitions; once a skill is added, any agent in the workspace can use it.

Both are workspace-scoped: they don't leak across workspaces.
